Our Facility
Granada Residence is a Title 22 compliant Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Los Angeles, California. Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable, safe, and nurturing environment where residents can thrive.
We are licensed by the California Department of Social Services (License #: 197610738) and adhere to all state regulations and standards. Our facility has a capacity of 6 beds and serves residents aged 60 and over. We specialize in RCFE and dementia care, with a waiver granted for hospice care services. Our staff undergoes continuous training to ensure they provide the best possible care.
